The Residence del Prado is located in Corso Villaregia 120, in front of the sea, close to the centre of Riva Ligure, to the beaches, to the cycle path and enjoys a wonderful sea view (see location on map).
The Residence del Prado can satisfy every holiday need thanks to the flats that offer all comforts, fully equipped kitchens, air conditioning, smart TV in every room with satellite channels, free Wifi, it has a private parking space available at an extra cost of €10 per day, free of charge from 01/11 to 28/02 (excluding Christmas, New Year’s Eve, and Festival periods).
The basic price is for 2 people and includes bed linen and towels, daily tidying up except on Sundays, air conditioning, utilities, Wi-fi. The supplement for each additional person over 2 is 5 euros per day.

Speaking from a disability perspective (wheelchair user) the apartment itself was easily accessible throughout. The shower was a bit of a struggle as not 'wet room' but manageable - the shower stool initially provided was not suitable and collapsed but manager provided a more sturdy chair immediately when we told them about this. The access from the pavement into the main property ( for wheelchair)was via a short but steep tiled slope and this required the assistance of another. The location is superb - right on the seafront - the sound of the sea audible at all times. Riva ligure is a small commune but with plenty of restaurants and a small supermarket a few minutes walk away from the apartment and stony beaches. It is a good Base to discover the ligurian coast with the coastal road providing breathtaking scenery. We walked along the cycle path to Taggia where there are more accessible beaches and, in the opposite direction, to San Stefano - both flat and accessible walks.
